SaborWay was born from a family’s love for the flavors of their hometown, Maracaibo, Venezuela. For Miguel, those flavors shaped his childhood, growing up in the kitchens of his mother, Lia, who shared them for years through her own restaurants.

When the Venezuelan crisis forced the family to leave everything behind, they carried those flavors with them—first to the Dominican Republic, and later to the United States. Yet no matter where they went, nothing ever truly tasted like home. That’s when Miguel and Lia began dreaming of bringing back the flavors forged through more than 28 years of culinary tradition—reimagined to be fast, fresh, and unforgettable.

With the support of their entire family, Miguel and Lia turned that dream into a mission. Today, SaborWay is more than just a restaurant—it’s a little piece of home, served one dish at a time.
